Agreement & Bookings
By booking with K Kay Cars, you accept our terms, pricing, and policies. A booking is confirmed only when a reference number is issued. Changes to the journey (extra stops, route changes, waiting time) may incur additional charges. Bookings must be made via phone, email, or our website—not directly with drivers.
Payments & Charges
Fares are agreed upon in advance and can be paid via cash, bank transfer, or card. A pre-authorization may be placed on your card before the journey. Additional charges apply on public holidays and for journey modifications.
Safe and Reliable School Run Services
We provide dependable school run services, ensuring your child’s journey to and from school is safe, punctual, and hassle-free. Our professional drivers are committed to offering a secure and comfortable experience, whether for daily drop-offs and pick-ups or occasional trips. Parents can enjoy peace of mind with real-time updates available upon request, ensuring their child arrives safely every time.
Airport Pick-ups
- Outside pick-ups: No waiting/parking fees if the passenger is ready.
- Meet & Greet: 30 minutes of free waiting; extra charges apply beyond that.
- No-shows (30 min. no contact): Full fare charged.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Free cancellation if done 3+ hours before pickup or within 5 min of dispatch.
- £10 cancellation fee applies after dispatch, plus parking/toll fees.
- No refunds for incorrect booking details or leaving without notice.
Complaints & Lost Property
Complaints must be submitted via phone or email and are reviewed within 20 days. We are not responsible for lost items but will store found property for collection.
Damages & Right of Refusal
Customers are liable for damages to our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is a concern.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is securely stored and used only for booking management. We may share data with law enforcement for fraud prevention. Calls may be recorded for quality and security.
